Steps Tutoring and SAT/ACT Prep has Pleasanton Unified School District teachers on staff to tutor students in math, science, history, world language, and English composition. Our teachers offer students an in-depth review of concepts, provide test preparation with analysis of test results, and plan and adjust teaching strategies according to individual needs.
Steps’ unique program was designed by a former PUSD administrator in partnership with math and science department chairs, top performing AP instructors, and teachers of the specific subjects who have proven to be effective, motivational, and well-liked by the students of our community.
All classes are in a small group setting to allow for individual attention, optimal academic performance and improved grades.
In addition to our outstanding tutoring service, Steps has provided students of the Tri-Valley the best in SAT and ACT preparation courses since 2004. Our unique curriculum has been designed and evaluated by top teachers in the area. Our instructors are experts at tying the learning that students have experienced at school to the knowledge that they must demonstrate on both the revised SAT and the ACT.
